Effect Analysis of Modified Health Care Delivery System

Abstract

|
To study the impact of the modification in the health care delivery system, this study was tried to analyze the demand behavior. Data used in these analysis were based on the insurance claims by "A" general hospital in Seoul as the third health service institute. The study findings show that the trend of the general hospital-visit was declined(out-patient claim cases and In-patient claim cases down), but the disease severity of the general hospital visiting patients was not changed(per claim case In-patient length of stay was unchanged, but per claim case In-patient cost was inclined).
